We came here on a cold wet day to avoid being out in the rain. We didn't really know what to expect and were totally blown away by the chocolate factory experience. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the tour is engaging for all ages. Most importantly, the chocolate is delicious, it melts in your mouth. Highly recommend for all the family.

It was actually a lot of fun. I was pleasantly surprised with the value for money, as well as the length of the tour. There were many different activities and things to see, with fun games and information. I would strongly recommend anyone on holiday in Phillip Island to pay a visit.

Don't bother it will be a waste of your time. So disappointed in every way. You go to a chocolate factory where they are advertising Indian curry sales. WTF...

What a great little experience for families. Our family of 7 enjoyed the tour which was interactive and fun. Topped off with chocolate milkshakes and some good food. A definite destination if you are coming to Phillip Island

We did the tour and it was better than we thought but perhaps a little overpriced for a family. The kids enjoyed it. As it was school holidays the shop was quite busy and they were very understaffed so took quite sometime to be served. They were also out of many of the chocolates we wanted to buy which was disappointing.

It’s a horrible tourist trap with overpriced chocolate clearly targeting the former international market. I seriously have more chocolate joy strolling the chocolate aisle at coles. I did get a hot chocolate there that was delicious but I was expecting it to be a little thicker. The poor staff member clearing tables was fantastic in what is a really poorly designed space.

It’s ok but not great. The tour is a little interactive display. The kids loved it but it’s actually pretty cheesy. The best part was probably a machine to make your own chocolate bar but annoying you needed to pay $2 to do this. I found this slightly greedy considering we paid almost $40 to go in already. Plus, as the world is cash less these days, I didn’t have a coin to put in the machine so we missed out (if I’d known prior I would have taken one). There was a little photo booth to have fun with and you could enter your email address to get the pictures instead of having to pay $20 for them but the emails never came...... The chocolate was yummy but there wasn’t much in the shop so we didn’t buy any (I imagine they get lots of international tour groups stopping in being on the main road so covid has probably reduced their sales). The kids wanted a chocolate penguin but they only had dark ones (which they don’t like). The curry in the cafe was nice and the chocolate milk milkshakes were delicious! All up, decent rainy day activity to do with the kids but if traveling without kids I wouldn’t bother with the tour. The chocolate penguins and such would make nice souvenirs but they need more stock.

The kids loved it . The games and free samples being the obvious highlights. And the staff were very lovely. A little outdated in areas , but maybe I’m just comparing to Cadbury’s NZ tour and Yarra valley chocolatier . I can’t say I overly loved the chocolate itself , sorta more of the Nestle of chocolates. The dark chocolate was quiet nice. And the prices weren’t cheap either. My real hot chocolate was also a little sickly sweet with an odd after taste , and for a chocolate factory the cakes and desserts at the cafe were very minimal. It was still a fun little outing that I would recommend.

Went with 4 year old grandchild and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit which we did on the spur of the moment. Great to see how chocolate is made. Novelty games along the way that my grandson enjoyed. While the prices for the chocolate is not cheap I’d rather pay higher prices for local good quality products and support local communities. We had a great visit.

Cafe had great food, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Chocolates and drinks were really nice, not too sweet and set at a reasonable price.
