I was looking to make the most of the time I had in Melbourne after having booked to go to the Melbourne International Flower Show, cancelled in Feb. I saw this company on Tripadvisor and was attracted to the tour to Phillip Island to see the penguins. I made a couple of enquiries and these were answered promptly and in a friendly manner, stating I might be the only person on the tour. Covid has decimated this sector and I was glad I could contribute something, even though I WAS the only traveller that tour. I was picked up in a pristine, luxurious mini bus type vehicle and day was personalised. My guide was brilliant and became a trusted guide, respectful, friendly, helpful and so knowledgable. Tour was fascinating, and even though I am an Aussie, I saw so much wildlife in its natural habitat, that I appreciated my own country so much more. I am a single traveller so having the hotel pick up and drop off was a bonus. Hiring a car for the day, would not have been an option and this tour was great value, and I'd say more economical. I highly recommend this company.

Iliesea was an outstanding guide, driver and host. He briefed us on our itinerary, time to travel and what to expect. As we encountered some weather encountered, he constantly offered us alternatives to the itinerary as we went along. He stopped at several spots on island to see the wildlife, which was amazing to see them in their natural habitat and beautiful views for photography. He included us in watching for animals on the roads to ensure they were safe. Was amazing for an afternoon trip. The penguin parade was great, tickets for pick up an us getting in early for good seats. Wonderful trip, company knows how’s to make it happen.

Really enjoyed this tour, the safari park, Phillips Island, the penguins and seeing some critters at night. The tour guide, Fred Garcarzyck, was great. Made you feel at home and he knew his stuff. One of my best tours in a month in Oz.

Martin was our tour guide. He was great! The trip to the Sanctuary was awesome. Got to feed the kangaroos. The guided ranger tour with the penguins was amazing. Got to see them up close and personal and learn a lot about them. Beautiful views of the island at various stops along the way. Overall I would highly recommend this tour. Note: you can’t take pictures of the penguins after a certain time because the lights affect them being able to find their burrows. Totally understandable, but just FYI.

We had a great tour with Martin! On time and even texted us beforehand! A very personable individual and gave us a very good feel for not only the Melbourne area, but it's sports, Australian jargon, history and about what's going on today! He even brought samples of popular cakes! The highlights for me were the Moonlit Sanctuary, where he went around with us, showing us how to coax the wallabys over to feed from our hands. He told us interesting things about the animals and if he didn't know, he found out the answers to my questions. I loved the bird blind he took us to and of course the Penguin Parade! We got there early enough to get a good viewing spot! Just a great day and happy we got Martin as our tour guide!

Excellent trip on our first full day in Melbourne. Didn’t know what to expect but we arrived back in Melbourne at midnight as promised having had a great day and really buzzing from the penguin parade where we were lucky enough to view on a night with >1100 penguins coming ashore. Pace of tour was well judged with an interesting trip to the sanctuary to see Koalas, Wallabies and Kangaroos close-up followed by dinner and the Penguin Parade. Adam, our guide, was knowledgeable and fun and made it a super trip. Highly recommended.

We are a family of five and we all loved this tour. It is perfect for families, even when you consider the late night end of the tour. Ricarda was our guide and driver, and a vast wealth of knowledge for the day. She gave us so many little tidbits of information that we never would have had, had we traveled alone. The Moonlit Sanctuary was a wonderful place to stop on the way - small and well maintained, and the kids got the feed the animals - always a win! Phillip Island is all about the penguins. It was just as delightful as we had hoped. If you don't find yourself in a fit of glee watching those little creatures, you'd bet check your pulse. Ricarda was so great for us at the Penguin viewing, too. She told us: to hang back to miss the crowds, where the best place was the sit, and how best to follow the penguins up the dunes: invaluable information. We also stopped at The Nobbies, at Cowes for dinner and the beautiful Woolamai beach. What a packed day!
