Laggan Brewing Co. is located in the Southern Uplands at 900 metres above sea level in the rural village of Laggan, just one click inland from the south coast. Bridging the gap between coastal beer lovers and NSW grain farmers they offer a paddock to pint style approach. Primarily as owner/operators of Laggan Pantry restaurant where they grow much of their produce, they opened their nano brewery on the same property in 2017. Their love of ingredients (and beer) naturally led them to brewing using quality grain grown by NSW farmers, specialty hops and pure Laggan water.
