White Rabbit Gourmet

White Rabbit Gourmet lives at the Flinders Island Sports Club in Whitemark. We offer a range of gourmet delights including homemade pies, pizza, ice-cream and even chocolates! We make use of what the island has to offer free-range, steroid free beef and lamb, \"pasture-fed\" wallaby, organic fruits and vegetables. What we cant source locally we get from Tasmania (and in some cases \"the continent\" (mainland Australia). Our menu is diverse and changes regularly, with a few favourite mainstays. We are available for catering at our venue, or yours and can create a menu to suit your desires - from a simple beach-side barbeque to a gastronomic 10 course degustation.
