A destination Bakery-Cafe, set amongst the trees, with gardens full of herbs, flowers and character - a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, only minutes from the beach. We specialise in Wood-Fired Sourdough, doughnuts and pastries made fresh throughout the day and an all day breakfast and lunch menu made using the freshest ingredients, with almost every component made on site. Famous for our bread, cookies, doughnuts, speciality coffee and our surroundings. Take a peak through the large glass doors and see our Bakers and Chefs hard at work. At the heart of it all is our wood fired oven, her burning light never completely fading, forever keeping the soul of Paddock alive. She is where it all started, made with antique red bricks collected from all around Australia.
